DUAL COLLEGE CREDIT OPTIONS
Dual College Credit courses are taught at Hermann High School by our instructors and cover the same objectives as the college course. Juniors or Seniors who wish to earn dual credit must have a 3.0 GPA, score 18 or above on the ACT, and have completed any prerequisite courses. Students then enroll at Central Methodist University (CMU) and pay the tuition fees at the beginning of the semester. Upon successful completion of the course the student receives credit for both the Hermann High School course and the college course. The student is responsible for determining if his/her chosen college or university accepts the credit from the university. Courses offered as dual credit courses at Hermann are:

Dual Credit Grants are offered each semester by the Gasconade County Alumni Association. Requirements include financial need, minimum GPA of 3.0, minimum attendance record of 90%, ACT scores, class rank, and citizenship. Applications are available during dual credit enrollment period in the Guidance Office.
